Total War: Warhammer 2 is the second edition in the Total War series following the success of Total War: Warhammer published in May 2016. As a strategy and tactics game, Total War Warhammer 2 is set in a fantasy universe, players select a faction and a Lord to play as, to take part in battles against other armies and conquer different territories.
The game has been rated highly by players with a review score of 92% on PC Gamer and 9/10 on steam. With around 40,000 players online, highlights of the game have been said to include the exceptional DLCs, as well as its campaigns and real time battles.
Total War: Warhammer 2 has been available to download since 28th September 2017, and is available on Microsoft Windows, Macintosh operating systems and Linux. The game was developed by Creative Assembly, known for games such as Alien: Isolation, and was published by Sega.
Total War: Warhammer 2 Game Save Location
With access to your Total War: Warhammer 2 save files, you can do a lot of things. Some of these include creating backups to return to at a later point in time (or in case your saves are corrupted), transferring your games to a new PC, or sharing them with friends. You can find your save files in the following folder:
%AppData%\The Creative Assembly\Warhammer2\save_games
To access that folder quickly:
- Open a File Explorer window - you can do this by right clicking your start menu button and clicking
File Explorer - Click the address bar at the top and paste the following path in:
%AppData%\The Creative Assembly\Warhammer\save_games - Hit
ENTER - Voila! You will now be in your game saves folder.
